I recently discovered this place when I moved close to the area. I'm a big Mexican food fan and was excited to find a new place so close to home.
I walked in and immediately felt the welcoming vibes. The lighting was warm and inviting and the set up of tables and chairs flowed nicely. There was a bit of a line but it moved quickly.
The staff was super friendly and fast without making me feel rushed out. They attended to me and made friendly conversation. I asked for their recommendation since it was my first visit and they did not disappoint. I got the chicken quesadilla. They arranged the topics that I requested and drizzled the yummy sauces to top it off.
Side note, the fact that they give a nice serving of tortilla chips for free with your order definitely earned them more brownie points from me.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and have been back a few times since then. Highly recommend! -

I went into your location at 5761 NW 7th St, Miami, FL 33126 - I ordered two salads to go. As the lady behind the counter was preparing my salad all she did was complain to her fellow co-worker how the other co-worker was not doing her job. Something I really don't want to hear while I am ordering. Concerned she wasn't going to get my order right I specifically advised her to please pay attention to what I wanted on each salad. She wasn't very happy about that. Upon completing the prepared the salads she asked what dressing. I advised one with garlic cilantro and the other with avocado-ranch. The avocado ranch bottle was empty but she kept pouncing the bottle on the counter for the remaining dressing to splash on the salad. I asked her to please if she could grab a new bottle and she huffed, rolled her eyes and proceeded to grab a new bottle from the back. When she returned she put the dressing in the wrong salad bowl and I asked her which is which in order to identify when I got home. Her response was "oh I don't know" I asked her well that's an issue because I specifically requested for you to pay attention. She then proceeded to say so what do you want me to do? I was appalled! The other lady that was there behind the counter advised her she needed to redo the entire order so she did but was not very happy about it. When I was ready to pay, she was also having an argument with an Uber eats attendant about how she didn't have the cheese on a recent order. I had to wait until that fiasco ended. (About 10 mins) I paid and went on my way. But it doesn't end there! As I sit to eat my salad after a long day at work and enjoy with my son the salad was SOUR! The lettuce was brown and the red onions acidic and tasted terrible! Not to mention the tortillas that come with the order. It smelled like an old cardboard box that was dripped in oil that was standing for days.
I'm a single mom that usually can't afford to order out and decide to surprise and treat my son. I work hard and truly wanted to have a nice sit-down dinner at home and enjoy great conversation over great food. NOT!
So disappointed! -

Good food but they didn't fulfill the reward for checking in or the rewards programs for points.

I am not a fan at all of this place, its cute but just not for me. Its like an overpriced chipotle. I did not enjoy my meal whatsoever.

Came here for a quick lunch and what a disappointment. This have to be the worst tacos ever.
I ordered the three tacos al pastor with soft tortilla. The tortilla was soggy and the meat not fresh. Keep in mind that the system here is a food line like you see at a famous sandwich shop. The toppings are up to you and I opted for picked onions and cilantro and a little guacamole. They then wrap this with aluminum foil and that's how you get it. It becomes messy inside the foil and I assume this is why the tortilla gets soggy.
The salsas are jar salsas. Not Fresh. Even the hot sauces weren't good. Service was kinda poor but then again I only exchange a few words with the counter lady.
I wouldn't recommend coming here if you can avoid it.
There are far better Mexican restaurants with much better quality of food.
